Full Job Description
Hillside Rehab has an immediate opening for Full and Part Time Maintenance Technician at our skilled nursing facility located in the City if St. Louis near Riverview and McLaran.
This position reports directly to the Maintenance Director. The ideal candidate must have the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks, and communicate in a professional manner with residents, vendors, employees, and co-workers.
Hours : 1PM-9 : 30PM
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of experience (prior property maintenance experience is preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for 8 hours a day, and climb ladders
- Must be able to create and maintain a safe work environment
- HVAC, Mechanical, and / or Plumbing experiance a plus but not required
