**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in facilities management. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment - Fabricate parts as needed to maintain machinery - Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Handle high voltage electrical systems - Perform maintenance on both low voltage and high voltage equipment - Conduct electrical testing using an ohmmeter **Experience:** - Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or facilities management - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to fabricate parts - Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking - Proficiency in handling high voltage electrical systems - Experience working with both low voltage and high voltage equipment - Ability to conduct electrical testing using an ohmmeter If you possess these skills and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Maintenance Supervisor position.
