Customer Service Manager /Sales Representative
Customer Service Representative Manager Job Duties:
· Interact with potential customers by answering product and service questions while also suggesting information about other products and services.
· Manage Customer Service Representatives
· Create new customer accounts from information gathered.
· Maintain customer records and create product and service reports from account information.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Maintain current part pricing and process customer adjustments.
· All customer accounts must be kept current.
· Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
· Work alongside a dynamic and energized team to accomplish related projects as necessary.
· Maintain IATF/ISO records as required.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:

This is a first shift position: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F with possible overtime.
