Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership, supervision and direction to a staff of up to 50
Influence staff by setting the example
Hire, develop and train staff
Responsible for ALL aspects of the business including attractions, F&B and property
Able to work over and above scheduled hours when needed
Execution of multiple daily, weekly and monthly assigned tasks.
Reliability is crucial for this position
Responsible for cash control
Willing and eager to learn new things
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty (we do most of our own landscaping)
Job Description
Unfortunately, our manager had to re-locate to NC for her husbands job, opening up this great opportunity. Hilltop Fun Center is one of the largest and most exciting Family Entertainment Centers in NH! We have been family owned and operated since 1986. Our center has an 18 hole Miniature Golf
course, Four Go Kart Tracks, 9 Batting Cages, a 5000 sq ft 32 player Laser Tag and a 50 game arcade. We also offer food and beverage (including alcohol), an award winning Birthday Party venue, Groups and Corporate events. This position has a very wide scope of work. One day, you might be painting, the next working on Laser Tag vests. We will provide all the training necessary. This position takes time to become very proficient and we will work with you to make you the best at it! Your schedule would be 40-50 hours a week April to October and about 35 a week November through March. Saturdays and Sundays are a must. Days off are usually Monday and Tuesday. After 2 years, we will work hard to offer Sunday off!! Our busy season is April to October. We work hard during that time and then we throttle back November to March.
