What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at HILLTOP NATIONAL BANK?
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties:
- Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings & checking accounts, online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing
- Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries
- Assist customers with debit card questions, maintenance & issue new debit cards
- Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Sound written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills
- Excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, & knowledge of bank products & services
- Computer skills (Word processing, Windows), understanding of online services, typing, spelling & grammar for written communications
- Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations
- Knowledge of bank operations desirable
