What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales & Service Manager position at HILLTOP NATIONAL BANK?
Job Summary:
- Oversees daily operations of branch, including teller services, new accounts and client services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the daily operations of the Glenrock Branch
- Meet with customers and potential customers on any credit needs
- Develop profitable client base for consumer lending, underwrite and complete consumer loans
- Supervise branch staff ensuring customer service standards are consistently met
- Provides training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Interviews applicants for staff positions and offers selection recommendations
- Ensures product & service promotions and cross-selling are ongoing, as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust, payroll services, and other bank products
- Maintain and develop strong community and client business relationships
- Support and enhance employee development, client satisfaction, and growth in customer base for branch
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 Years related Bank and supervisory/management experience and training (Teller, Consumer Lending, Operations, New Accounts)
- Strong knowledge of Bank products, services and policies
- Training and demonstrated skills in customer service and effective communication
