Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in health assessments and screenings for various populations, including pediatrics and individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards within the facility.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of primary care practices and procedures.
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in dementia care techniques to support cognitive health.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles is a plus.
- Understanding of geriatrics, critical care, ICU practices, and pediatrics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.54 - $28.97 per hour
