Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver’s premiere senior living communities, is seeking a caring and organized QMAP (Med-Tech) to join our team. You would be responsible for providing hands on care to residents doing medication administration as well as assisting with activities of daily living. This is a full-time position working 2pm-10pm. Must have weekend availability. There are also part-time openings working 2pm-10pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan
- Initiate and participate in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar. Encourage residents to socialize and participate in planned activities or programs and to develop friendships with other residents
- Assist or supervise residents who self-administer their medications as well as follow physician orders to administer medications to residents who cannot self-administer their medications
- Maintain resident’s records in our digital platform daily. This includes medication distribution, incidents and observations, reporting any changes in residents’ physical and/or behavioral condition, visitors, etc.
- Respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including emergency pull cords, telephone calls and requests from family and friends
- Manages the staff under their supervision during working hours; delegates assignments to provide the most efficient execution of tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have a QMAP Certificate
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.50 an hour, based on experience
