This role will help source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and provide a welcoming, positive first impression of our company. - Manage the overall sourcing, interview, selection, and closing processes
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods and platforms, to build a robust candidate pipeline for hiring managers
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, initial phone/zoom conversations
- Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks
- Extend and discuss offers
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends, methods, and best practices
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Track and analyze hiring success, turnover, and job sourcing results
- Track recruitment costs and effectiveness
- Perform market and compensation research and analysis
- Scaling current programs and functions: talent pooling, job fairs, internship
- Assist in branding and marketing of Hilltop family and opportunities to join
- Potentially assist in performance reviews and evaluations
- 1 year of Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience strongly preferred
- Multifamily Residential Property Management experience in lieu of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational, time management and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job postings at one time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with interview techniques and applicant screening methods, as well as common sourcing avenues
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
