We host weddings, private parties, live entertainment including performances by top original artists and tribute bands across all genres. We also have lodging and RV parking availble.Are you a go getter, a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for planning unforgettable events? The Hilltop Tavern and Inn, the High Desert’s premier wedding and live entertainment venue, is looking for an Independent EXPERIENCED Event Planner to join our dynamic team as well as plan and work events.
Compensation will be in the form of an hourly rate and profit sharing.
Your Role :
As our Event Planner, you will :
- Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate weddings, private parties, and live entertainment events.
- Oversee every detail from concept to execution, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.
- Collaborate with vendors ie : Catering, Florists, Bakery, Photographer, Planners, Production teams to deliver seamless events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics.
- Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
- Understand and work with social media, google email, drop box, web sites
