What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration Clerk position at Hillview Auto Body?
Hillview is looking for an office administrator to tackle day-to-day secretarial tasks as listed below:
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating logistics with external vendors and customers, ensuring processes are followed on both sides.
- Responsible for tracking and organizing payments from customers and insurance companies as well as tracking employee hours and submitting time each week for payroll.
- Perform in-office management duties such as answering/running phones, process both small and extensive claims, handle repair orders, and service requests, respond to customer inquiries, assist management with transactions amongst customers and insurance companies
- Manage company calendar to include scheduling customer and insurance appointments for damage appraisals, team/employee trainings, and scheduling rental car pick ups and drop offs.
Benefits will be negotiated at time of hire.
