Candidate must be local or around Addison TX USA 75001

18 month contract

Onsite 4 days per week

Will need a portfolio

Pay rate - $30 to $36/hr

Interviews will take place onsite

There will be a "test" project for the candidates. This would be sent after the initial interview and before they move on to another.

Retouching experience with a portfolio focused on product, still life, and beauty, skin and hair

• Follow instruction on image markups placed by Production, Photographer and Art Directors

• Retouch images in accordance with established style guides

• Ensure color consistency across all images per product, matching images from different cameras and sets

• Experience with color correction for exact product matching

• A high level of initiative in problem-solving

• Ability to partner well with cross-functional team members

• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge) and Capture One Pro

• Utilize masking, selections, adjustment layers, custom curves, and layer masks for knocking out backgrounds.

• Perform advanced retouching on select images, including but not limited to: compositing, blemish removal on products and skin, special effects, corrections, color-grading, etc.

• Understanding of non-destructive editing techniques

• Batch Processing, Automation; automating repetitive tasks for efficient image formatting

• Able to interpret Packaging Deco files in Adobe Illustrator to composite the file on blank product.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign to gather images for sharing and review of images.
