What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant/ Admin Assistant position at Hillview Consulting?
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Perform administrative duties.
- Receive customers and clients traveling to the plant facility.
- Manage files and tracking employee training.
- Coordinate company meetings & events.
- Prepare guests or client accommodations.
- Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases.
- Arrange for the delivery of domestic and international packages.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Place orders for routine kitchen and basic office supplies..
- Assist with distributing new employee PPE (safety boots, locker assignments etc.).
- Manage & properly distribute incoming mail, invoices & utility bills.
- Assist with tracking of employee training.
- Assist with the PO & PR process, and other support of the Procurement/Supply Chain team as determined.
- Assist with Attendance reports, townhall meetings, quarterly employee recognition program.
- Update monthly I&D board / office monitors - communicate message to employees.
- Administrative tasks and processes related to onboarding new employee or interns.
- Organize quarterly & annual events such as Seppic Day, holidays & family Day.
- Supports departments (Manufacturing, HSE, Maintenance, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Process Engineering) and employees linked to Paris.
- Periodically approve schedule; travel and set up travel profiles.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Possess computer skills to include G-Suite platform, word, excel, powerpoint, internet, AX Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics and data processing Conduct analysis and problem solving of basic situations
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Full Google platform - Sheets, Slides, Docs and Drive
Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 160 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
