Job Summary:
We are seeking a speaking, energetic Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage patient scheduling, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. Experience in the dental field is preferred; will train.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations
Send insurance preauthorization and claims,
Settle account Receivables
Skills:
- Experience in providing medical administrative support, preferably in a dental setting
- Proficiency in dental software such as eClinicalWorks or Epic/Open Dental
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in front desk roles is preferred
Spanish Speakers are preferred but not required.
