Hillview Mental Health Center is currently recruiting for Care Coordinators for both day and night positions with special shifts requirements.
Adult Residential –
Day Shift (40 hours/week): Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
Swing Shift: (40 hours/week): Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Night Shift: (8 hours/week): Friday night 11:00pm to 7:30am (possibly open to on-call night shifts as needed)
Adult Residential is a short–term 24 hour program with capacity for 15 residents.

COVID-19 considerations: All employees must be fully vaccinated. All employees and clients are required to wear masks within the premise and social distance when possible.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years experience/knowledge related to working in the mental health field.
- Proficient with written and oral communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have basic typing skills
- Comfort working with a diverse clinical population, including clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses as well as clients referred from the criminal justice system.
- Comfort working independently and with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain productivity and documentation standards.
- Compassion for clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, demonstrate sound judgment, give attention to detail, be flexible, self-driven and motivated.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous case management experience.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in mental health or Bachelor's Degree
- Must show valid California driver's license and current automobile insurance prior to start date, and thereafter, on an annual basis.
- Must maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to pass thorough background check.
Salary : $22 - $25
