What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Hillview Terrace Rehab Select?
Plan, organize and direct the overall operation of the department and ensure the facility is maintained in a safe comfortable condition.
- Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program
- Maintenance programs Carpentry work, Grounds keeping, Paintings, Equipment, office and resident furniture and HVAC systems.
- Performs maintenance rounds weekly and submits report to administration
- Communicates with vendors and contractors when outside bids/Services are needed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
