Overview
We are a country western restaurant and bar with a twist. If Twin Peaks and Billy Bobs had a baby, it would be us, only better looking with Ivy league smarts. During the day we will serve a southern style menu refinded with a gourmet twist, and high level craft cocktails. At night we will transfom into a high energy honky tonk with live music, DR'S, mechanical bull, and much more! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender that understands leaders manage systems and develop people to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology with a craft cocktail background and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for developing staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assit the GM with supervising roughly 15-20 bartenders.
- Keep detailed inventory.
- Work closely with GM to insure we are serving best in industry cocktails, R&D of new craft cocktails, and making sure all the bartemders are giving great customer service
- Esuring alldaily, weekly, and monthly systems and proccess are followed, and making sure the bar is always clean and safe
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing payments.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems for efficient transactions.
- Strong basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the restaurant or catering sectors is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and valued.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
