Hillwood Country Club is currently hiring exceptional staff:
Located in the West Meade neighborhood, Hillwood CC is a haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, competition swimming pool and so much more!
We are seeking line cooks, banquet cooks, and prep cooks for our multiple dining outlets.
We are offering full and part-time employment.
Our kitchens prepare everything from scratch daily and put an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients. We do everything from family style dinners; to 5 course fine dining meals, to 800 person buffets and anything in between.

Qualifications
Requirements Include:
-Professionalism
-A positive attitude
-A belief in teamwork
-1 year of experience in upscale kitchen or fine dining operation
-Be able to prepare dishes according to recipes and techniques with accuracy and consistency
-Strong knife skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and follow directions
-Must be able to work 8 hours/ day including holidays and weekends
-We are off Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and all Mondays
-No late nights; Restaurants close at 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends
-Earn $20-26 per hour depending on experience and availability
