Position Summary :
Hillwood Investment Properties (HIP) is seeking an experienced Vice President, Investor Relations to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas reporting to the Senior Vice President, Capital Markets (SVP). This individual will play a key role in HIPs fund business, assisting the SVP with capital raising efforts, investor relations, market due diligence, fund reporting, and broader capital markets activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate investment, investor engagement, and fundraising with a strong ability to manage internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Support and execute HIPs capital raising strategies across institutional investors by :
Participating in investor meetings, industry conferences, and networking events;
Assisting with investor reporting, including quarterly updates, valuation review, financial performance summaries, and fund-level analysis.
