We're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as a Manufacturing Training Program Associate.
About the Role
This is a 6-month program designed to accelerate development on the job and through other channels.
You'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop your technical and soft skills, and receive coaching from your manager and peers.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in continuous improvement projects, interacting with finance, maintenance, reliability, manufacturing technology, engineering, safety, and quality teams.
- Participating actively in safety and food safety initiatives within our operations.
- Developing technical skills while training on process equipment.
- Participating in structured learning (digital and instructor-led) to develop technical, professional, and leadership skills alongside peers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Internal applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Held level 4 or level 5 role in operations.
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years related experience, OR Associate's degree in a related field plus 1 year's related experience, OR Bachelor's degree.
- Active/past member of department safety team.
- Experience as an On-the-Job Trainer.
- In good standing regarding performance and attendance.
- University applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree at program entrance in food science, business management, animal science, engineering, or a related field.
We seek individuals who can work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs is also required.
