Job Summary
Hilmar Unified School District seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in special education and general education settings. The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supervise staff, and support Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs to identify the function of problem behavior
- Develop and implement BIPs to reduce problem behavior and improve student outcomes
- Supervise staff providing behavior support
- Support district-wide PBIS implementation
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current Driver's License
- DOJ and FBI Background Clearances at time of hire
- TB clearance at time of hire
- Completion of district-mandated training within 30 days of hire
- Successful completion of related WorkSteps physical if applicable at time of hire
