Job Details

Care for laboring mothers, assist with deliveries, and provide immediate care to newborns and post-delivery care to mothers. Utilize equipment such as Meditech computerized systems and GE/Centricity fetal monitoring systems.

Job Requirements

  • Hawaii License required at the start of the assignment
  • Labor and delivery experience with a minimum of 3 years

Schedule Information

  • Variable shifts including day and night shifts
  • 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) after the first week of orientation
  • Scheduled 12-hour call at least once a month
  • No guarantee of hours or shift preference

Unit Specific Information

  • L&D: 8 Labor Beds
  • Postpartum: 18 Beds
