* Provide direct patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment and clinical judgment
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* 3 years of ICU experience
* Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
* Active State of HI license
* NIH SS Cert
**Schedule:**
The selected candidate will be required to work flexible shifts, including day and night rotations, with a minimum of 312 hours per week.
