Job Details
- Unit : Interventional / Cardiac / Vascular
- Shifts : Days (with varied times), either 8 or 10hr shifts, 40 hr weekly.
- Call 1-2 days per week, and about q3-4, weekend, call does include Holidays.
- Required to take call.
- Documentation EMR : Meditech
- Monitoring : Sensis
- Equipment : Siemens
- Labs : 2
- Call Team : 4 person call team
- Procedures : IR, Vascular, and Cardiac.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Demonstrates appropriate application of specialized skills for patients undergoing angiography procedures, cardiac cath procedures, pacemakers and IABP insertion.
- Demonstrates application of specialized skills involved in hemodynamic monitoring.
- Maintains basic understanding of radiology equipment and image processing.
