Certification Details BLS State of Hawaii RN license Job Details General job duties : Circulate Cases, Help with turnover cleaning, Transport patients when needed, Schedule cases. Types of Procedures required to independently circulate : General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, Gynecology. Equipment utilized in the unit / dept : Meditech, PYXIS. Job Requirements 2 to 3 years minimum of circulating cases in a hospital setting. Ability to scrub cases is preferred. Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required : BLS, State of Hawaii RN license. Schedule Information We currently operate from Monday through Friday from 0645 to 2315. Shifts may be variable based on department needs. Travelers will be scheduled 40 hours a week, possibility of 32 hours if there is a holiday. We cover call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Everyone is assigned call, on average 1-2 times a week plus up to 2 weekends a month. Must be within 30 minute radius of hospital for call back. The applicant will orient on the day shift for up to 1 week or under manager's discretion. Traveler must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the duration of the contract if RTO (requested time off) is requested and approved. Unit Specific Information Scrubs are provided.
