What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Full Stack Engineer position at HILOS, Inc.?
HILOS is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for the build and deployment of our cloud-based developer platform Interplay. This role would be the first dedicated full stack resource on the software team and capable of owning projects end-to-end, creating scopes for yourself and others, and driving technical alignment and collaboration across functions.
In this role you would break down open-ended AI problems into engineering strategies utilizing machine learning, data analysis, and experimental design. Another key part of the role is providing mentorship and promoting best practices in data and AI while cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer, and 1 years developing generative AI products in applied machine learning environments
Experience going 0 to 1, at a startup or starting team, and holding yourself and others accountable in a fast-paced and rigorous growth environment
Demonstrated fluency with one or more programming languages, including : Typescript / Javascript, React, Python
A growth mindset and experience investing in the learning, development, belonging, and impact of your peers, ex. mentoring / aligning senior engineers across organizations
Nice to Have
Manufacturing, DfM, DfAM
Experience across computer graphics, rendering, 3D modeling, generative design
