Account Manager Trainee
The primary objective of this role is to optimize store operations and drive sales growth by managing walk-in customers and smaller field accounts, while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships that create lasting solutions for the future. The key responsibilities include promoting the Hilti brand, selling products and services, consulting with customers, managing inventory and sales records, administrative tasks, order processing, customer database maintenance, and daily interactions with walk-in customers and local team members.
