What does the role involve?
As part of the Talent Attraction team, you'll create engaging content - social media posts, videos, blogs, and more - to attract top talent. You'll work closely with stakeholders to craft clear and impactful messaging, manage employer award submissions, and oversee job postings on various platforms.Your work will also include :
Developing high-quality recruitment marketing communications, from copywriting to graphic design project management.Engaging with talent communities through strategic campaigns.Managing external employer brand sites like our own career site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.Analyzing recruitment marketing KPIs and providing insights for improvement.Manage our external award submission process from start to finish.Supporting internal and external events to strengthen Hilti's employer brand.

What you need is : A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or employer brand / Talent AcquisitionStrong storytelling and content creation skills, including experience with organic social media and blog writing.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Previous experience in employer branding or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
