Key Responsibilities
The Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for managing construction operations, including project planning, coordination, and execution. This includes:
- Coordinating with sales personnel to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Providing training and support to sales teams on specification conversion and selling techniques
- Assisting in the development of best practices for project management teams
- Establishing and maintaining high-level contacts with buying and non-buying customers
You will also work closely with our salesforce, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop new business strategies, and drive project success.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in construction operations, project management, or related fields, who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience using Microsoft Suite and other relevant software.
