Intralogistics Strategic Business Developer

The role of Intralogistics Strategic Business Developer is to manage the flow of materials and warehouses within Hilti's operations.

Responsibilities include developing sales, driving specifications, and establishing long-term relationships with key accounts and projects both locally and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and negotiator for assigned key accounts, including large domestic and international accounts, mega accounts, and complex international conglomerates.
• Coordinate necessary Hilti resources domestically and globally to support key customer projects.
• Develop and execute account development strategies to ensure an increasing share of wallet and attractive return on sales.
• Generate new ISB business with assigned key accounts and projects.
• Negotiate and implement pricing agreements aimed at increasing share of wallet and improving overall account profitability.
• Maintain comprehensive database of key contacts within SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years' experience working with engineering firms, large accounts, sales, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent.

Work Environment

Up to 50% travel depending on project location.

Job requires walking on construction sites and uneven surfaces, as well as climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs during all seasons.
