Job Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role includes managing housekeeping staff, inventory control, and maintaining brand cleanliness standards while adapting to evolving hotel needs, including ongoing renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring productivity and adherence to Hilton’s cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures aligned with Hilton brand requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and order supplies efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room readiness.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Adapt housekeeping operations to accommodate hotel renovations and new facility openings.
- Manage housekeeping labor costs, scheduling, and budget controls.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a full-service hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory management, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high occupancy levels.
- Experience managing housekeeping operations during renovations is a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
