We are looking for enthusiastic Banquet Servers to provide excellent customer service to our guests at catered hotel functions. Must be able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Responsibilities :
Eligible for base pay ($4.00 / hour) gratuities for each event function. No restrictions on gratuities. Currently filling four vacancies – weekends / holidays are required for all openings. Two full-time and two part-time opportunities are available.
- Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service during banquet meal functions.
- Performs tableside and / or buffet food service as required.
- Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
- Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquet functions.
- Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift.
- Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction.
- Informs supervisor of guest comments / complaints.
- Assists other banquet associates when needed.
- Must wear the required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
