What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward (PM Shift) position at Hilton Charlotte Uptown?
The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy a fun and high-energy environment. We are currently seeking a PM Kitchen Steward to join our team!
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about hospitality and can work well in a team environment and in a fast paced Food & Beverage environment.
**This position is for PM SHIFT, Second shift. Candidate must have availability to work from 3pm until 11pm.**
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to follow food safety guidelines
- Must be able to operate kitchen cleaning equipment to include kitchen dish washing machines
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift and load dish washing machines
- Duties will also include proper washing of pots and pans and banquet food transport to hotel meeting rooms
- Must be able to complete a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
- Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently

Candidates will need to be available for PM shift scheduling - 3PM-11PM. Scheduled days will include weekdays and weekends.
