Responsible for expediting and running food for breakfast, lunch and Sunday Brunch. As well as attending to the buffet.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Checks order tickets to ensure all food items are ready and verify which outlet and table they are to be run to.
- Visually checks quality of food received to ensure nothing is missing or dirty, and that the order is accurate.
- Retrieves food items from the Palm Court kitchen window.
- Upon delivery, re-checks table and seat numbers for service.
- Attend to the buffet, restocking food and service ware items.
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen service area: storage areas to comply with health code standards.
- Responsible for various side work such as cutting butter, polishing glassware and silverware, cleaning service trays, emptying linen bags, reorganizing shelves, coolers and chinaware in kitchen service area, etc.
- Assist server/bartender in giving outstanding service to our guests.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management, eg., cleans guest spills.
- Adheres to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be knowledgeable in preparation and service of food items.
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hands in order to carry trays, use a knife, pick up chinaware, glassware and bottles, scoop ice and extend arms overhead to stock items.
- Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient for the employee to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Grade school education preferred.
- No prior experience required. Prior food industry experience preferred.
