Bonus paid as follows: After 30 days - $200 | After 60 days - $200 | After 90 days - $200 | After 180 days - $400

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

• Dust, mop, sweep, scrub, polish, vacuum, buff, wax, strip, dust and/or spot clean all floor surfaces, baseboards, and walls. Surfaces to be cleaned may include marble, terrazzo, tile, carpet, etc. by lifting, bending, stooping, or standing for extended periods of time.
• Dust all furniture, columns, pictures, and shelves, while extending arms over head or climbing ladders up to heights of 30 feet.
• Clean and polish brass, glass, windows, and mirrors.
• Clean ashtrays and urns, and empty trash.
• Push, pull, or lift furniture in order to clean work areas.
• Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, direction, and information as requested.
• Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to safety/security department.
• Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations.
• Other duties as assigned such by managers such as cleaning rooms and/or assisting guests.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Knowledge of stain removal and chemical agents, and operation of various floor cleaning equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under limited supervision.
• Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as safety labels and instructions.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. 8th grade education preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
