Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza - 35 W. 5th St. Cincinnati, OH 45202
Full Time - Must be available weekends, and flexibility to work both AM and PM.
Will have the responsibility to supervise over the new THE 1931 restaurant and the Hotel's Room Service department. May supervise the bar and/or day shift in the absence of those designated managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
- Manage in compliance with established labor, wage, hour and regulations and policies.
- Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
- Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
- Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
- Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
- Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
- Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous food & beverage experience required.
- Assist with all functions of F&B department to ensure guest satisfaction as directed.
- High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
- Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
