As Assistant Front Desk Manager, You Will:
- Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the Front Office staff to uphold high service standards.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Help monitor daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss and manage costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated guest service and resolve operational issues.
- Manage scheduling and shift coverage for Front Desk staff.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, resort, or related setting).
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and front office procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; a second language is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash or credit transactions with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with general office equipment and cash register operations.
