Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, contributing to our commitment to outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Occasionally make beds or strip rooms.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
