The Breakfast Server's responsibilities include: setting up and clearing the meal service, ensuring that the buffet remains fully-stocked at all times, wiping, cleaning, and organizing the breakfast area, ensuring the dining area is cleaned at the end of breakfast, etc. The ideal candidate has customer service experience as well as serving experience.
