Experience
- Proven experience in a front office management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Background in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
