SCHEDULE
- Off Sunday & Monday. Schedule would be Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-430P for 40 Hour work week, with 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Holidays & Weekends Required
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist the Chief Engineer with Daily, Weekly, Monthly Inspections and other duties as needed.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks in the guest rooms, public area as well as backup the house.
- Maintain all equipment in a good, clean and working condition.
- Keep the record of all repairs
- Respond and complete all work orders for minor repairs as needed.
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
- Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
- Assist other associates to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Report missing hotel property and damages to hotel areas to department manager.
- Perform other miscellaneous jobs as requested by department manager
JOB REQUREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
- 6 months of prior maintenance experience
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related customer facing field
- Must be physically fit and can bend, stoop and lift
- Must be reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with guest
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
