What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Person position at Hilton Garden Inn Bristol?
We are looking for a thorough house person with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. This position will be varying days. It will include 8am-4pm on Friday and Saturdays and 4pm-11pm on other days.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Assist room attendants with laundry and supplies
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Clean al public areas and remove trash from housekeeping carts as well as public areas.
- Clean parking lot and outside areas
- Setting up and breaking down of meeting rooms when required and making sure that the meeting room is always "show ready"
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
