- Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred.
