Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Micros or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Understanding of food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Hospitality or nightclub experience is advantageous
