What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician/PT position at Hilton Garden Inn Dayton/Beavercreek?
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic building maintenance and have excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all office spaces as well as properties owned by our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service calls.
- Diagnose tenant requests for service, interpret tenant needs, and make appropriate recommendations to fix or troubleshoot problems.
- Assist in the creation of capital plans for building equipment and facilities.
- Make repairs to building equipment and facilities, including painting surfaces and replacing plumbing fixtures.
- Add beads of caulk or sealant to repair cracks along wall joints.
- Walk through the building to inspect lighting, plumbing, paneling, and other areas as needed.
- Add beads of caulk or sealant to repair cracks between tiles.
- Confirm that all work orders have been completed successfully.
