Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the room.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient work processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of floor care methods and products used in hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
