Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining a high level of presentation.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or concerns.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks during busy shifts.
