What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent/Front Desk position at Hilton Garden Inn - Greensboro Airport?
Positions available:
- 3P-11P SHIFT
- **MON-SUN AVAILABILITY NEEDED**
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Work Front Desk of the hotel independently:
answer phone calls, set wake up calls, respond to guest needs during the night.
-Create/Adjust reservations for guests/groups.
-Manage 3rd Party reservations and ensure billing is set up properly.
- Run and properly organize Daily hotel reports.
- Stock and organize back office, pantry, and Front Desk Storage.
- Clean work area: take out trash, sanitize, sweep, dust, vacuum.
- Prepare Coffee, Stock coffee station.
- Check ALL Public Areas are clean and stocked.
Job Type: Full-time
