Job Title: Busser/Food Runner
Cleans restaurant, equipment, and replenishes supplies such asbuffet hot food, fruit, ice, and dishes by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Stocks buffet and maintains a clean working area.
Replaces empty dishes, glassware and all buffet stations.
Run food to patrons and assists servers.
Cleans tables, buffet line and equipment, and polishesfurniture/fixtures.
Mops floors and cleans seating.
Removes empty plates, glasses and trash.
Provides assistance to servers and cooks.
Certificates, Licenses,Registrations
Current Food Safety (TX).
