The Front Desk Agent's job is to provide the highest levels of guest service to incoming and outgoing guests. Agents settle guest problems and are empowered to act in the best interest of the guest and hotel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Responsible for ensuring the operations of the Front Office and Guest Services are in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times.
· Ensure outstanding guest service at all times.
· Always looking for more ways to impress the guest and go above and beyond
· Ensure we are following Hilton procedures and standards at the Front Desk
· Actively participate, train and display a hands-on approach in leadership in the areas of Guest Service.
· Ensure group rooming lists are accurate and to coordinate any special group requests.
· Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
· Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
· Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
· Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
